Penetrating Water Repellents

Rainguard Water Repellants & Curing Aids provide a deep penetrating, protective layer to concrete and masonry surfaces. These 100% Green, Eco-Friendly silane/siloxane blends will block the capillaries in concrete, brick and mortar to create a water repellent barrier while still allowing water vapor to escape from beneath the surface. These are non-film forming products that do not create a sheen on the substrate or change the appearance. These products may also act as curing aids to freshly poured concrete or masonry surfaces and can be applied without the normal 28 day wait required for other products. Used in CSI Division 3, 7, 9 specifications.

MICRO-SEAL with MICRO-LOK clear water repellent is a deep penetrating, premium water repellant. Available in both Ready-to-Use and Concentrate formulas, MICRO-SEAL offers premium protection to concrete and masonry surfaces. When applied, MICRO-SEAL forms a short-chain water repellent barrier deep within the masonry surface. This hydrophobic barrier displaces water yet remains highly vapor permeable and allows moisture to escape. MICRO-SEAL performance is not affected by weathering, UV light or wind driven rain.

Rainguard BLOK-LOK Clear Water Repellent with MICRO-LOK is a water base, silane/siloxane repellent composed of high quality chemical solids, blended to create a clear, deep penetrating non-film forming chemically reactive masonry and concrete water repellent that contains no silicone oils, paraffin wax or urethanes. Helps prevent spalling and cracking caused by freeze thaw cycles as well as chloride ion intrusion and efflorescence.

Rainguard SUPER STUCCO Primer/Sealer Concentrate with MICRO-LOK Clear Water Repellent is a water base, modified polysilane/siloxane composed of high quality chemical solids, blended to create a clear, deep penetrating and non-film forming chemcially reactive masonry water repellent that contains no silicone oils, paraffin wax or urethanes. This product is ideal for sealing hot stucco or used as a pimer for hot stucco prior to applying a top coat.
