SURFACE SEAL Penetrating Masonry Primers are 100% Green, Eco-Friendly high performance modified silicone acrylic sealers designed to work with various top coats to provide maximum adhsion and surface protection.  SUFACE-SEAL primers may be applied to painted or unpained surfaces prior to top-coating thoes surfaces with TEC-TOP Elastomeric, HYDRO-Lok Waterproofer or COLOR-LOK Stains.   SURFACE-SEAL primers may also be used on newly poured concrete.

SURFACE-SEAL primers achieve impeccable adhesion and penetration with the aid of Rainguard's exclusive MICRO-LOK Technologoy which creates a micro-molecular chemcial and mechanical bond between the coating and the surface promoting adhesion with topcoat.  This means longer life for the coating and better protection for the substrate.

*  Available in both Concentrate and Ready-to-Use formulas
*  Dilute concentrate versions 9 to 1 for an economical primer solution
*  May be applied at temperatures above 35 degrees

TEC-SEAL is a 100% Acrylic; white pigment primer formulated for use on all interior and exterior smooth masonry, concrete, stucco, brick, EFIS, wood and other dense surfaces.  Application of TEC-SEAL conditions surfaces and provides excellent adhesion for all topcoat applications.  Helps seal slighlty chalked or alkaline surfaces.  Used in CSI Divsion 9 specifications.

TEC-SEAL II is a high-build block filler/primer for use on fully cured vertical, interior and exterior, rough or porous masonry surfaces.  Application of TEC-SEAL II fills and conditions rough surfaces and provides excellent adhesion for all topcoat applications.  Helps seal slightly chalked or alkaline surfaces.  Used in CSI Divsion 9 specifications.
